Note: Each file above is an Excel spreadsheet which contains all PT faculty teaching SCH courses as adjuncts and all FT faculty teaching SCH overloads for a particular session.  The contact hours listed in column I will indicate the compensation which the faculty will receive through the ICP process.  Please review to determine if the values in the file are correct for your faculty.

If overpaid, please send a change PTR through ePams with the corrected values with comments explaining the overpayment.  If underpaid, please send a change PTR through ePams with the corrected values with comments explaining the underpayment.

You will find each Program name with its academic org in columns J & K.  At the head of each column is an arrow that enables you to filter the list by any of the criteria in the column. For example, you could click on the arrow to the right of the Academic Org column and only select whichever academic org code you wish. Or you could select the arrow to the right of the Last Name column and only select the person's record you desire.  Using filters to work your way through your list makes the task more manageable and logical. However, the filter feature will only be available to you if you download the file to your desktop and then open it, instead of clicking on the links above.
